Please join us on January 17th from 1:00-4:00 PM EST for an informative symposium on boxwood blight.
The Boxwood Blight Insight Group researchers and extension specialists are excited to share their findings from their USDA-NIFA-Specialty Crop Research Initiative (SCRI) project. The project aims to provide all those battling the dreaded boxwood blight disease with the knowledge and tools needed to win the war against Calonectria pseudonaviculata. Boxwood is the number one most-used landscape plant in the United States, which makes this disease an issue for many landscapers, growers, and homeowners. A key component of the project is timely technology transfer to NPDN diagnosticians and others that protect plants, so those in the field can incorporate the best identification methods and encourage the use of better management strategies.
